David R. Palmer

Drawn to the Difficult

I’ve always been energized by complexity. Since stepping onto the American Stock Exchange floor in 1987, I’ve leaned into challenges with curiosity and commitment. Research is my reflex. I’ve been self-taught from a young age, and I still believe the best answers live in the data.

Preparation isn’t optional—it’s a form of respect. I focus on building solutions that serve others. Long-term partnerships have been the most meaningful measure of that work. Risk teaches. It reveals performance, impact, and character. Understanding it has shaped how I lead and how I build. I believe leadership means lifting others. Empowerment and education create networks that last.

From the start, I’ve tried to hold myself to high standards—honesty, effort, and integrity. That’s guided every venture since.

Whether supporting our family office or collaborating with partners abroad, I aim to show up fully—with humility, focus, and a willingness to learn.
